Made directly from our Granny's signature apple pie recipe, we add our valley made moonshine directly to our fresh pressed local apple cider that we order from a farm located in Berwick, NS. The fresh pressed cider is used to mix down our moonshine to a very easy drinking 20%.

Our Gin is triple distilled, passing over Bay of Fundy beach stone and flavoured using 8 carefully chosen botanicals - including locally hand picked, sun dried dulse. Our Oak Aged Amber Rum is a delicious blend of Fancy Molasses and Organic Cane Sugar, double distilled through Kirby, the first "legal" still to be built in Nova Scotia. This delicious white spirit is then settled into a one time used American Oak Bourbon Barrel to sit and mellow for a year minimum.
