Ingredients

  • 2 oz Fundy Gin

  • Lemon slices

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup

  • Lunn’s Mill Hoppy Water

Directions

  • Add simple syrup, lemon juice, gin, lemon slices and ice into tall glass, stir together

  • Top with Lunn’s Mill Hop Water

  • Garnish with final lemon slice
